In October 2024, our restructured leadership team, under the guidance of CEO Geoff Marsh and supported by Epsilon Direct Lending, acquired both MarchNet and Freedom Internet. This acquisition brings fresh investment to enhance our network infrastructure and expand services, helping us better meet the internet needs of our diverse client base.
